                    IFHS STATEWIDE GRADUATION  PHOTOS  - 2023 FAQ's

The 29th Annual Statewide Graduation Ceremony for Homeschooling students ceremony; took place at the Chapel Rock Christian Church on May 29, 2023.

 For more information, please visit the Indianahomeschooling.org website. Currently we are on the editing process / setting up passwords, and soon images will be available for viewing.


Please Note: The Galleries will remain open from May 29, 2023, thru July 31, 2023.


Place your orders, and download any images before the deadline to avoid re-activation fees. - Re-activation Fee $25.00


The password to view your images is the phone number you've provided with your registration.

HOW LONG IT TAKES TO VIEW THE GRADUATION PHOTO SESSION?

We process every single file individually. Each graduation generates over a couple of thousands of images. The turnaround is 30 days after the ceremony and may vary depending on the number of graduates. 

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR PHOTO SESSION?

Digital Download of the following files:

- Graduate with/without a diploma and may be developed in any size of your choice.

- Class Composite. NOTE: The class composite; must be developed on size 8" x 10" only.

- There is one additional download if you have purchased a family/group photo.

CAN I PURCHASE MORE DIGITAL NEGATIVES?

Yes, absolutely. All images captured at the graduation day are for sale, see pricing/promotions posted on your gallery. 

CAN I ORDER PRINTS?

We have our online lab that will fulfill your order and ship anywhere in the USA at a low cost. We have custom packages that are more cost-effective than buying individual prints.

 

I CANNOT CHECK OUT AND FINALIZE MY ORDER.

Please use a desktop computer to place your orders, as the mobile version may allow you to see your photos but may not display the pricing, and take advantage of all the available packages. When selecting one of our packages, you must have all poses completed for those images. i,e. 1 of 3, 2 of 3, and 3 of 3, and must click on the check mark icon to fulfill a missing image; otherwise, you won't be able to check out.

HOW LONG I HAVE TO PLACE MY ORDER? 

The expiration date is posted here on this page (August 31, 2022), also at your gallery. Please note that all images are deleted automatically from the website, and you will not have access to them. You must perform your download and or place any additional orders before the expiration date to avoid re-activation fees.

 

REACTIVATION FEE

We'd rather have you purchase an additional print/package instead of paying for the gallery reactivation fee. It takes time to locate a graduate once the gallery expires. All images are kept for 12 months and then deleted. Please make sure to comply with our expiration deadline. Click on the Reactivate Gallery Link below and follow the steps to make the payment. Please make sure to inform us which student you're making the payment for it, so we can find your images and repost them. If images are still available (meaning DELETED), we'll process your payment and repost them for 14 DAYS. Note: If we are unable finding your photos, we'll refund your the reactivation payment.
